About Rebel 75

At Rebel 75, we're the co-conspirators you've been looking for to transform your team culture — the ones who believe that extraordinary impact happens when you have the courage to question "the way we've always done things" while staying deeply connected to what matters most.

Our mission is spark the most important rebellion of all: creating truly connected, aware, and human centered workplaces.

REbels Flip the Script from Me to We

Working with Rebel 75
A woman in white sneakers, black pants, and a white shirt is squatting on a table, talking to a man in a plaid shirt, at a conference. She holds a water bottle and is gesturing with her hands. There is a man taking a photo or video of her with a camera. In the background, a large screen displays a 'Thank You' message and generic images of people. A sign with the SXSW logo and event details is also visible.

Making work human at the messy intersection of everything

Tanarra Schneider / Rebel Leader

I'm Tanarra Schneider, founder of Rebel 75. I've been leading teams for over 25 years across agencies, airlines, gaming, and global consultancies - building learning functions, scaling innovation practices, and transforming employee experiences for over 100,000 people across multiple industries since my first graduate school internship in 1997.

I realized along the way that my real superpower isn't the frameworks or the transformations. It's pattern-spotting - seeing what others miss - and being deeply human and easy to talk to when things get complicated. These days, I help leadership teams navigate culture at the messy intersection of people, business, and technology through what we call tiny rebellions - small, intentional experiments that shift culture from the inside out.

I help leaders build the kind of workplaces where people actually want to show up - messy, human, and real.

Turning Big ideas into working systems

Jenny Richards / Geek Girl

I’m Jenny Richards, Principal of Strategy & Execution at Rebel 75 Design. I’ve spent over three decades working across tech, healthcare, nonprofits, the public sector, and startups—often as the person leaders call when the work gets tangled, momentum stalls, and good intentions stop turning into results.

My work lives at the intersection of strategy and practicality. I map the terrain, build the infrastructure, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with teams to bring clarity, momentum, and order to complex work. I’m known for my directness, my systems brain, and my ability to translate ambition into operations that actually function—especially in messy, high-stakes environments.

I help organizations get unstuck and build ways of working that last.
