Each engagement is tailored to the organization, but the work generally follows four stages.

What this Engagement is not
This offer is intentionally focused.
It is not:
a full culture transformation program
executive coaching or performance management
a large survey-driven culture assessment
a multi-month consulting engagement
Instead, it provides a clear diagnostic and a practical starting point.
The Fine Print
Delivery Format
All sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom.
International teams can be accommodated where scheduling overlap allows.
Timeline
Engagements typically complete within 90 days, depending on leadership schedules and organizational milestones.
We are currently booking engagements beginning in July.
Total Investment: $9,975
To reserve one of the available slots:
a contract must be signed
a deposit is required
Remaining payments are milestone-based and outlined in the engagement agreement.
This offer is limited to ten new organizations.
Slots are reserved once the engagement agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
The offer expires June 15.
