Our Story

Because work needs rebels

You named your culture practice REBEL?

Sure did. There’s no shortage of advice about what skills you need to be a better leader or teammate. Plenty of articles to read on belonging, inclusion, and culture.

What’s missing is the how. How do you do it IN the work, together, while the stakes are real and your whole team is watching.

Leadership training doesn’t close that gap. Neither do individual coaching or costly offsites.

Pull a leader out, and she sees it through her lens alone. Take three days away to connect, plan, plot, and party, and Monday still looks the same.

Rebel was founded to close the gap between possibility and probability; not by pulling the leader out, but by keeping the whole team at the table to name what’s in the way and write a new playbook, together. To move the work from me to we.

That’s the rebellion.

Hi! We are Rebel 75.

Rebel 75 is built around two people, not a large firm. When we need more power, we’ve got friends with receipts.

A woman wearing glasses and a tank top stands in front of a wall covered with colorful sticky notes and handwritten notes, with a table in the foreground holding markers, paper, and bottles.

Tanarra Schneider

With nearly 30 years leading change and innovation at places like Tribune, JetBlue, and Accenture, including scaling global practices and redesigning experiences for over 100,000 people, she’s learned that better culture doesn’t come from better PowerPoints. It comes from leaders willing to challenge outdated norms, have harder conversations, and build new muscle for working together.

As the founder of Rebel 75, she brings the kind of pattern-recognition and relational intelligence that comes from being a quick study, a straight-talker, and someone leaders actually want in the room when it’s time to get real.

Some of her best material still comes from raising her 12-year-old, a daily reminder that authenticity isn’t optional, and that leadership without humanity is just ‘management’ with a better title.

FOUNDER & CEO

A woman with black hair and glasses on her head taking a selfie in a conference room. Behind her, two men are sitting at a table with a laptop, notebooks, and pens, engaged in a discussion. The table also has snacks, sticky notes, a coffee mug, and a container of tissues. A large TV screen on the wall in the background displays a disconnected screen, and there are decorative plants and a wall with a geometric pattern.

Jenny Richards

Principal, Strategy & Execution

Jenny has built her career being the person people call when everything locks up — people, systems, momentum — and the work needs to get unstuck. From Tableau, Microsoft, and Expedia to nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and the public sector, she’s been the one accountable for making teams actually deliver together. Not consulting on the process from the outside, but in it: shipping the work and running the programs that kept it connected to what was actually landing in the world.

A systems thinker with a realist’s edge, she turns strategy into something the team can feel, follow, and finish. Known for her directness and quiet steadiness, she knows the difference between a team that’s aligned and a team that thinks it is, because she’s been the one holding the bag when those two things weren’t the same.

What we’re not
(and why that matters here)

Nope.

Not a training vendor. Not a traditional OD firm. Not executive coaches. Not technology consultants. We work alongside all of those.

Still not sure if we’re a fit for you? Let’s talk.

In their words

“Thank you for guiding us through incredibly valuable conversations this week. We’ve done this stuff before, but it helps that you both understand our business at a deeper level. That makes it more tangible.”
